Guy Kirkwood is the data controller for this site. He keeps the least he needs to reply to you, and nothing else.
The site sets no tracking cookies. There are no analytics from other firms and no marketing pixels. Nothing you do here is logged to sell you things.

What is collected, and why
Your name and email are held only when you send them. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, which here means replying to the question you asked.
Emails are kept for up to 12 months after we last speak, then deleted. Nothing is sold or passed to anyone else.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- See what is held about you, or have it put right
- Ask for it to be deleted
- Object to it being used
To use any of these rights, email guy@kirkwood.biz. You will get a reply within one month, as the law requires.
If you want to complain
If you think your data has been handled badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection.
