This site sets no tracking cookies. It uses no third-party analytics and no marketing pixels. Nothing you do here is logged for advertising.

What is collected, and why
Personal data, meaning your name and email address, is collected only when you send it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: replying to the enquiry you have made.
Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- See the personal data held about you, or have it corrected
- Ask for it to be deleted
- Object to it being processed
To use any of these rights, email guy@kirkwood.biz. You will get a reply within one month, as the law requires.
If you want to complain
If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection.
